Purpose The software package “Personnel Certification” (hereinafter referred to as PC “AtP”) is designed for computer processing of information during the labor-intensive process of personnel certification and provides:

• Accelerating the certification process;
• Increasing the reliability of personnel certification results;
• Reducing the labor intensity of processing test results;
• Reliability of information storage in electronic and paper form;
• Possibility of automated generation of reports on personnel certification;
• Evaluation of personnel resources and development of employee potential in accordance with the company's strategy.

Composition Administration module Designed for registering users and user groups, storing and changing their registration data, and assigning access to resources. The ATP PC administrator can disconnect a user at any time during testing if the user violates the testing rules. Module “Coordination”. Created for:

• Input the names of the Categories (subject areas) for which testing will be carried out (for example: accounting, management, computer science, etc.), as well as the status of the category - active, inactive;
• Formation of “Question Groups”: entering information about the names of the groups, the duration of the testing procedure in minutes, status (active/inactive).
• Preparing and loading test information (Questions and answers by category) according to categories (subjects) with answer options into the software package.
• Setting the flag that the question belongs to the group of questions selected for current testing;
• Input information about employees and users to whom certification will be assigned;
• Assigning specific options or groups of questions to the persons being certified for the certification process.
• Running the certification process online, indicating the testing time.
• Preparing information from reference books and maintaining their relevance during the operation of the software package.

Module “Monitoring”. Designed for real-time monitoring of the testing process for the number of users, the state of the process, and the actions of one or more users in the system. Works in two modes: online and archive. Online - mode for viewing information about all users who are taking the test at the current time: Archive – mode for viewing the following information on taking the test available in the archive. Module “Work of a certified user during the certification process.”

• Ensures that the certified user performs the following actions during certification:
• Setting the font size ;
• Start testing;
• Option to skip the test;
• Ability to move to the next test;
• The ability to exit and complete the procedure at any time during testing;
• Ability to view your testing archive according to the account assigned before testing.

Module “Generation of reports based on the results of the “Personnel Certification” procedure. Provides generation of report information according to specified parameters of periods, organizations, specific users and subject areas. Module “Creating and viewing a log log.”

• Provides the following functions:
• Fixation of system processes;
• Fixing all user actions in the log log, namely the time of logging into the system, the time of logging out when working in the AtP PC.
• View user actions.

Architecture of PC “ATP” The basic architecture for the construction and operation of the “Personnel Certification” PC is a three-level Client-Server architecture and the principle of centralized data collection (storage) and processing. The AtP PC consists of interconnected software modules implemented in a three-level architecture (“thin client”) and operating in real time (On-Line). Advantages of implementing PC “ATP”:
