In the MBF PC, the client has the opportunity to manage and monitor the movement of his accounts around the clock, and also has the opportunity to receive information about his loans and deposits. Premium software products for remote customer service are custom-made and differ from other products in their broader functionality, flexible multilingual user interface, individually adapted for each bank, based on the bank’s own corporate design. If desired, the bank can give its corporate name to the product. The bank's presence of remote customer service systems with its own corporate design and name distinguishes it favorably from banks that do not have such systems, emphasizing the prestige and impeccable authority of this bank. Multilingual user interface Client modules of the MBF PC have a multilingual user interface. The client can independently choose the interface language that is convenient for him at any time. Currently supported are Russian, Uzbek Cyrillic, Uzbek Latin and English languages. For the client:

- The MBF PC client module connects to the MBF PC application server through a security system. Data exchange between the client module and the application server is carried out by creating an information “tunnel” (secure communication protocol).
