The attending physician can print the finished document.<\/p><p><em>Examination by the attending physician<\/em> - this document is generated automatically, using the data from the patient\u2019s previous document. The attending physician can make his changes and print the finished document.<\/p><p><em>Rationale<\/em> - This document is generated automatically using the latest patient data.<\/p><p><em>Diary<\/em> - this document is filled out every day by the attending physician. The diary is made very flexible, i.e. In the diary, any entry can be edited and printed.<\/p><p>Examination with the head physician - this document is generated automatically, using the latest patient data.
