the Treasury execution of the state budget, allowing the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Treasury to focus more on efficiency analysis and management of state financial activities.<\/p><p>The goal of this project is to provide functionality that would ensure an effective role for the Treasury in the following areas:<\/p><p>- management of obligations and expenses in order to ensure constant compliance with budget volumes;<\/p><p>- cash management;<\/p><p>- financial reporting with the aim of increasing transparency and improving management by providing users with the correct information in a timely manner.<\/p><p><strong>Solvable problems<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>accounting and maintaining cost estimates for budgetary organizations;<\/li><li>accounting and maintenance of contracts between budgetary organizations and suppliers of goods (works, services);<\/li><li>accounting and maintaining receipts and payments in the budget accounts of treasury authorities;<\/li><li>maintaining and opening personal accounts of budgetary organizations;<\/li><li>keeping records of transactions on personal accounts carried out by treasury authorities;<\/li><li>monitoring the status of receivables and payables of budgetary organizations;<\/li><li>formation of permissions for expenses;<\/li><li>formation of summary and analytical reporting.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Composition<\/strong><\/p><p>According to the hierarchy levels and functional purpose, the KIGB PC is divided into the following parts:<\/p><ul><li>Central level;<\/li><li>Regional level (regions, Tashkent city, Republic of Karakalpakstan);<\/li><li>District level (districts and cities).<\/li><\/ul><p>Each level in the KIGB PC has its own functional sets of tasks, that is, software that performs specific functionality in the department\u2019s area of activity.<\/p><p><strong>Administration task set<\/strong><\/p><p>Designed to control the Software package. It regulates global variables (inclusion of departments in the PC and management of PC users, etc.).<\/p><p><strong>Set of tasks \u201cMaintaining a regulatory and reference base\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Designed to keep up-to-date regulatory and reference information that is generally accepted in the Republic of Uzbekistan (for example, a directory of regions, districts, classifiers, etc.) and industry directories used in the financial sector.<\/p><p><strong>Set of tasks \u201cOperational day\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Designed to open and close the operating day for all operations.<\/p><p><strong>Set of tasks \u201cPlanning\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Includes loading estimates from budgetary organizations from a file, and taking into account changes to estimates. Provides the ability to lock and unlock budgets to introduce further changes.<\/p><p><strong>Set of tasks \u201cAccounting for obligations and payments\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Allows you to keep track of contracts for group 4 expenses.
