is a new software package designed to automate the acceptance of one-time payments from the population (payment of taxes, lawsuits, customs duties, etc.), payments for utility services (for the use of electricity, cold, hot water, payment garbage collection services, payment for the services of cellular operators, Internet providers, for repayment of loans received from the bank, as well as for intercity money transfers on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.\n\nThe main purpose of AS EPN is:\n<ul>\n  <li>Automation of accepting payments from individuals in bank divisions (branches, mini-banks, savings and specialized cash desks) and through self-service devices (info-kiosks, ATMs) in favor of companies providing services to the public;<\/li>\n  <li>Organization of information exchange with the relevant information systems of companies providing services to the public;<\/li>\n  <li>Organization of accounting and management accounting of the bank for transactions carried out with individuals from their deposit accounts, using plastic cards or cash in accordance with the laws and current regulatory materials;<\/li>\n  <li>Providing information and statistical support for the effective management of the bank\u2019s processes for transactions carried out in the EPN system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n\nThe main goals of creating AS EPN\n\nThe introduction of AS EPN for the bank will allow achieving the following main goals:\n<ul>\n  <li>Organize the acceptance of payments from the public for services across the entire network of bank institutions, as well as from self-service devices (ATMs, information kiosks);<\/li>\n  <li>Ensure acceleration of the implementation of new types of payments from the population;<\/li>\n  <li>Monitor the performance of self-service devices;<\/li>\n  <li>Ensure monitoring of completed transactions;<\/li>\n  <li>Generate reports and exchange files for information systems of enterprises providing services to the public;<\/li>\n  <li>Generate reporting data for control and decision-making by managers and management personnel of the bank;<\/li>\n  <li>Provide service to individuals at any branch of the bank - during business hours, at any terminal, ATM - depending on the operating hours of the retail establishments where it is installed and self-service devices (info kiosks) - around the clock;<\/li>\n  <li>Ensure the implementation of a unified bank policy to expand the list of services and centralized management of the conditions of services provided to clients;<\/li>\n  <li>Ensure unification of software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<strong>Functionality<\/strong>\n\nThe AS EPN software package can be integrated with any Automated Banking System (ABS) of a commercial bank.\n\nMechanisms for interaction between the EPN AS and the ABS will allow the bank to maintain a unified security policy in both systems, use the existing IT infrastructure for implementation and maintenance of the system, which functional parts:\n<ol>\n  <li>Unified AS EPN database;<\/li>\n  <li>Processing center;<\/li>\n  <li>Communication module;<\/li>\n  <li>Software complex AS EPN.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong><em>Processing center<\/em><\/strong>\n\nThe processing center is the central node of the EPN system, connecting all other nodes of the system, and also ensures data exchange with external systems, including the ABS. In addition, the processing center performs primary processing of information received from various self-service devices and terminals for payment with plastic cards and from the front office of the system for payment of utilities, services of cellular operators and Internet providers, tax payments, and loan repayments.\n\n<strong><em>Communication module<\/em><\/strong>\n\nThe communication module ensures interaction of the EPN AS with various self-service devices in real time (On-Line). The communication server on which the communication module is installed can be installed both in the head bank and in the bank branch to ensure communication with self-service devices of this branch.\n\nAn arbitrary number of communication servers can be simultaneously connected to the EPN AS.\n\n<strong><em>AS EPN software package<\/em><\/strong>\n\nThe AS EPN software package consists of the following functional subsystems:\n\n- \u201cAdministration\u201d;\n\n- \u201cMaintaining regulatory and reference information\u201d;\n\n- \"Payment of utility services\";\n\n- \u201cPayment for
